OVERVIEW
Temple is a Patent Attorney at ZPS in the metro Milwaukee area. She received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 2023 and her Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 2020 from Bradley University, with a minor in mathematics. She enjoys learning about new areas of technology that she can apply toward drafting and prosecuting patent applications. In addition to patent drafting and prosecution, Temple’s practice includes analyzing patent portfolios.

When not a work, Temple enjoys knitting, baking, and sailing.

    Andrew is a Registered Patent Attorney with ZPS.  Andrew specializes in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts.  He has an educational background in mechanical engineering in which he holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree and electrical engineering in which he holds a master’s degree.  He enjoys learning about new areas of technology that he can apply towards drafting and prosecuting patent applications.

    Before beginning his career as a patent attorney, Andrew worked as an engineer in mechanical design and manufacturing of heavy machinery and industrial pumps further adding to his technical proficiency.  In addition to patent drafting and prosecution, Andrew’s practice also includes patentability and freedom to operate searches and additional intellectual property counseling.  He is a member of the state bar in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.  In his free time he is an avid runner and enjoys exploring the many state parks in Wisconsin.

    Andrew received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012.  He completed his master’s degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University in 2018, and his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006.  Andrew graduated from Michigan Technological University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 2004.

    Andrew has completed the following advanced courses during his electrical engineering studies: Power Electronics for Renewable Energy Systems, Advanced Power Electronics, Introduction to Electric Drive Systems, Advanced Electric Machines and Drives (synchronous motors), Advanced Concepts in the Design and Modeling of Electric Machines and Drives (induction motors), Advanced Engineering Mathematics, Probability and Random Processes in Engineering, Automatic Controls, Computer Control of Machines and Processes, Modern Control Theory, and Sustainable Energy Conversion.
