Tim is a U.S. Patent Office Registered Patent Attorney and received his law degree from Marquette University in 1993 (Law Review). He is an electrical engineer and has a technical background in mechanical, electrical & software engineering. Tim received his EE degree from UW-Milwaukee, with honors, in 1989.

Temple is a Patent Attorney who received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023 and her mechanical engineering degree from Bradley University in 2020. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Joyce’s responsibilities range from handling the day to day operations of the firm office, as well as payroll, the 401K/Profit Sharing Plan, Health Insurance Benefits, reconciliation of quarterly bonuses, the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and overseeing the monthly client billing.

Robyn has been with ZPS for over 15 years. She handles the filing of documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, calendaring, drafting correspondence, and docketing. She provides administrative support for management, handles front desk duties and daily operations, as well as interacts with our clients on a daily basis.

Lisa has over 25 years’ experience in the intellectual property field. She runs the firm’s docketing and annuity/maintenance fee departments. Lisa is a key member of the firm ensuring that all deadlines are met without exception.
