Joyce’s responsibilities range from handling the day to day operations of the firm office, as well as payroll, the 401K/Profit Sharing Plan, Health Insurance Benefits, reconciliation of quarterly bonuses, the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and overseeing the monthly client billing.

Lisa has more than 25 years of experience in the intellectual property field. She oversees the firm’s docketing and annuity/maintenance fee departments and manages the filing of documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Lisa works closely with clients, providing timely updates and ensuring clear communication regarding the status of their matters. As a vital member of the firm, she plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the firm’s docketing systems and ensuring that all deadlines are met accurately and without exception.
