The ZPS Group team has prepared and prosecuted patent applications for a wide variety of systems and accessories in the welding field.  We have substantial experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, and plasma cutter systems, as well as torch, wire feeder, and gas management accessories.

In addition to patent procurement in this field, ZPS Group has performed patentability searches and opinions, infringement and validity searches and opinions, and patent appeals services to provide guidance to our clients to help strengthen their position in the welding marketplace.
