Kevin has a technical background in mechanical engineering, with extensive experience which enables him to have knowledge in a wide range of technologies, including medical imaging systems and devices, welding equipment, hybrid vehicle technology, electrical motors and actuators, semiconductor fabrication, power electronics packaging, and motor control systems.

Kevin also provides counsel and written opinions for clients relating to patentability, non-infringement, invalidity, design around and product clearance, performs patent portfolio assessment and counsel on breadth/scope of patent coverage, and advises foreign counsel on international patent filings.

Kevin received his law degree, cum laude, in 2004 from Marquette University. His undergraduate degree in ME was received in 2001 from Marquette University. Kevin is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
